the location is convenient near taksim square and taksim metro station i found this proximity invaluable for exploring the city the staff members were friendly and accommodating they addressed all my needs promptly the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices ensuring a satisfying start to each day
soundproofing is not perfect so some noise from neighboring rooms was audible

The room had effective air conditioning and black out curtains. The buffet breakfast offered many choices. The king size bed was comfortable. I also enjoyed access to the spa..

amazing views efficient room service
The Presidential Suite offered amazing views from the balcony, perfect for sunset watching. The apartment was fine, beautifully decorated throughout. Room service was very efficient during my nights count and the staff welcomed me warmly.

The hotel has a central location near public transport. Staff members are polite and eager to help. I found the breakfast very satisfying, with a wide range of options. The room was clean, and I noticed the cleaning service came daily.
The soundproofing was not ideal, as I could hear noise from the hallway on occasion.
